PAYMENT ...

Irrevocable Documentary Credit at sight;
- Letter of Credit at 60 days (a 3% rise);
- Pre-payment (3% discount);
- Revolving credit.
The payments must be fulfilled within
the terms written on order confirmation and invoice. Upon the expire of the
aforesaid
terms, ACTA SERVICE will be charged the interests of delayed payment, furthermore ACTA
SERVICE could cancel current supplies. |

WARRANTY ...
12 months for all electronic parts. Upon the expire of term here above, any claim
will be rejected.
The warranty cannot be transferred or assigned to third parties. It is limited to the
purchaser only. |

DELIVERY TERMS ...
The delivery terms written on the
order confirmations are not binding. Should the delivery be delayed, ACTA SERVICE
don’t accept any order cancellation and/or request for indemnity. |

PRICES ...
The price list are subject to change without
notice, the prices of goods are those in effect at the time of sale. Please, contact our
Sale Department for current prices. We will be pleased to furnish quotations either by
mail, phone, fax or E-mail.
Many items have quantity discount schedules. For large quantities and for products which
do not have discount listed, please, consult the Sale Department.
A special extra discount will be given for the first Demo Unit (ask for quotation). |

CARRIAGE ...
A carriage charge of USD 50 will be apply to orders forwarded within Italy.
Other shipping methods are available upon request.
The goods are carried at buyer’s risk under provisions of the law. |

COMPLAINTS ...
Any Buyer’s claim concerning the lack of
compliance of the goods with the Buyer orders or other, must be made in writing directly
to our offices in Rome within 30 days from the date of receipt of goods. |

RETENTION OF TITLE ...
All goods sold by ACTA SERVICE remain the
property of ACTA SERVICE till when the payment is fulfilled. |

O.E.M. CONDITIONS ...
Minimum order 10 units;
Brand Name and Logo will be printed by ACTA SERVICE under distributor indications on the
software.
ACTA SERVICE name will appear as the project company.
Service training for O.E.M. production will be made in ACTA SERVICE offices, in Rome. |

APPLICABLE OF LAW ...
Any dispute shall be settled by the law Court of Rome - Italy as the exclusive
competent jurisdiction.
The present conditions are governed by the Italian low and the relevant Italian text shall
be the only authentic text for the interpretation. |
