The natural evolution of our production has afterwards completed the Clinical Chemistry line with the fully automatic Analyzer and its Reagents line. Also the Acto Analyzer has been  a success: stable, fast and reliable.Here below some more information about:

The Analyzer...

Using the internal firmware (more than 2Mb internal Pre-memorization of the Standards. Work in optimized batch mode (automatic calculation of the timing of the tests to be performed to get results as fast as possible) with a trough-put of 100-120 test/hour. STAT mode for emergency. Immunoturbidimetry: it is possible: to dilute samples, to dilute the High standard in order to obtain the others calibration points (up to six).

The Software...

Stand alone version: Up to 64 samples with a maximum of 32 tests each one can be processed. 64 chemistries organized in 2 panels of 32 chemistries each one. Up to 10 profiles of chemistries can be memorized to better type the daily work-list. Work-list facilities patient by patient or in batch mode. Monthly quality control for each test. All the chemistries programs are free and the instrument is able to work with the widest range of reagents in the market. A complete diagnostic MENU to check all the parts of the with a special program to use the internal photometer  as a manual one. With external computer version: All the characteristics see above but with the Can be inserted up to 400 patients daily, they can be sent to the instrument 50 by 50, while  the machine is working the external computer is getting data of the next batch of patients. An external printer  can be connected to print the report by patient with the Header of the Laboratory.

The Hardware...
The Acto Analyzer  is a very reliable instrument with a very high MBTF. It can be possible because of:  the alluminium case, the accuracy of the internal mechanical parts, the quality of the electronics and the assembly. The total process of production  was specially studied to get the maximum in reliability and certainty of results.
